Roasted chicken peperone

Ingredients:
• 1 raw chicken cut in portions
• 10 tbs. Taleon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. green pepper
• 1 tsp. pinkpepper
• Salt
• 1 small glass of white wine

Pepper sauce
• 3 sweet colorful peppers
• 1 tbs. butter
• 1 tsp. coriander seeds
• Salt, pepper
• 1 small packaging of cream

Directions:
We brown well the chicken with the olive oil from both sides. We add the salt and the pepper, the wine and we add water till it covers the chicken.We let it boil for 10 minutes at maximum heat. Then, we put it in a tray and we prepare the sauce. When it’s ready we pour it over the chicken by putting the pepper slices on top. We let it cook for one hour at 200o C.
