Ingredients:
• 1 raw chicken cut in portions
• 10 tbs. Taleon extra virgin olive oil
• 10 bacon slices
• 1 kilo of small onions
• 1 sliced sweet red pepper
• 200 gr. Fresh sliced mushrooms
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 laurel leaves
• 2 fresh stalks of rosemary
• 1 glass of red wine
• Salt, pepper
Directions:
We brown the chicken from both sides with the olive oil. We add the sliced bacon, the peeled onions, the mushrooms, the garlic, the laurel, the rosemary and finally the peppers. We add the wine, a bit of water and we bake in the oven at 200oC for one hour.
