Ingredients:
• 300 gr. Shrimps
• Juice from one lemon
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 3 tbs. Taleon extra virgin organic olive oil
• Salt, pepper and juice from one more lemon
Directions:
We pour the lemon juice (from one lemon), we add some salt and we put them in a pan to shimmer with some water. Meanwhile, we mix the juice from the second lemon with the salt and pepper and the finely chopped parsley. We pour the dressing over the warm shrimps and we serve.
